Paul Halfpenny
With more than 30 years construction industry experience, Paul takes the lead in focusing on operations, efficiency and particularly client relationships and customer service.

Instrumental in developing a team culture empowering ownership and rising to challenge; it is Paul’s leadership that has helped build an integrated and agile operational team, with a robust supply chain and business management systems.
Neil Jenner
Neil oversees the operations of the special projects and Officine Gullo kitchen install teams.
With 16 years experience in the construction industry, Neil, as well as being a master craftsman in his own right, has been managing site teams across the UK and Europe for the last 8 years.
Edward Meredith
Edward joined the Dowdeswell Residential team as our Commercial Manager in 2021 bringing with him 22 years of experience in residential construction.

Edward's problem solving skills and attention to detail provide a perfect foundation for getting both value for money for our clients as well as the highest possible quality on site to ensure each project reflects the pride the whole team take in our work.
Ian Walker
Ian with over 40 years in the construction industry, is one of the most experienced members of the Dowdeswell team.
​
Throughout his career, Ian has been responsible for delivering various projects ranging from complex commercial sites to luxury residential contracts.
His forward thinking and openness with the clients allows him to take challenges such as listed building regulations or restricted access sites and make them look easy.
